January 2009

We are pleased to announce that we are moving on January 2, 2009.

This has been a very hard decision, as to whether or not to relocate the office.  After many painstaking hours, it was decided that for the good of the practice and patients, it was necessary to move.  We are looking forward to being in a facility that offers both lab and x-ray right in the same building.

We do understand travelling arrangements will be hard for some patients and will not be looked upon in good favor.  We do hope to continue care with all of our patients but we do understand the logistics of having to drive farther to see your physician. 

We apologize for any inconvenience or problems that this creates for any of you. 

We look forward to seeing you at the new facility and we have enclosed a map for your convenience.  If you have an appointment scheduled in 2009 with us, it will still be a valid appointment at the new location.  If you decided to change physicians, please contact us to cancel any scheduled appointments.
